Living Dead
Sand and cameras don’t mix. But when you live by the beach, it’s pretty much inevitable. We have gone through four cameras (three messed up by sand and one dropped), and every camera shop told us it was hopeless and too expensive to fix. However, I found a guy on Kijiji in So Cal that fixes them for less than $50. He’s quick, too.
These three I mailed to him all work perfectly now–the same ones several camera shops told me I might as well throw in the trash (fools!).
