This would be kind of annoying, except on the Newport Coast this is literally true.
Seen in that horrid new shopping center they built in Crystal Cove.

The only good thing I can say about it is at least they didn't put it right on the cliffs, they built it on the other side of the PCH. Oh, and it has a Trader Joe's.

Yep, Trader Joe's was a nice addition, but it still was/is so sad to see all the construction going on in that area.
it's STILL annoying. i've totally wanted to stop in that shopping center. is it really that bad? wait. don't answer that.
