		<description>I think there is quite a bit of a difference in sleeping patterns after daylight savings time adjustments.  It could of course be a plethora of things leading up to sleep disturbance (even medications, dehydration or too much hydration, stress, etc.), so it's difficult to know for sure what might be interrupting your sleep patterns without a sleep study.  Then again, who has time for a sleep study with busy schedules ... especially us mom's.  ;D
