Weird. I took a shot VERY similar to this one except that across the street was the CalTrain station, and it is in a horrible neighborhood (bars on every window, gangs running rampant, every house on the block borded up/abandoned, right next to the freeway). I think it sold for close to $400,000.

Around here, something like that would go for $40-55K, depending on the neighborhood.

Even less, not including land, outside the city (and I do use the word loosely) limits . . .

if it’s in California, I bet at least $300K

There is a parcel with two shacks similar to this for sale in Los Osos right now for the bargain price $750,000.
I would guess it may be a bit less than that since there is only 1 shack on it!
Of course in the real world it would only be worth $20,000 or so for the lot.

If it’s in California, I’m guessing it’s way over $500,000.00
