		<description>ugh!  every computer nerd I know has this same problem.  every time something breaks, it's the last smart person who touch it's fault.  you could have installed adaware, and if her cd drive busted right after that, it would be your fault just because you handled it.  people are so defensive when they don't understand - they assume everyone is trying to rip them off!

your running twin story still gives me shivers.  you did the right thing though, if there's such a thing as the right thing in this scene from a horror film.

		<description>Sheesh, customers. Running a business would be so much easier without them, wouldn't it? The hardest part is always getting people to pay, and this remains the case no matter what size your business, no matter how successful. My company has to employ about 6 people just to chase the money, it's amazing.

Used to know a builder; the nice thing about being a builder is that you tend to produce something tangible. This guy, when the customer wouldn't pay, used to go round with a sledge hammer and just knock down whatever it was he'd built. That brick wall you won't pay for? Gone. Your new conservatory? Gone.

Perhaps you should go round and stick a cheese slice in her CD drive?</description>
