Dave’s got a pretty handy little tool for those of you running Moveable Type. I haven’t had a chance to install it myself, but it looks excellent.

Apropos of nothing, why is it that the photos I don’t particularly care for everybody falls in love with, and the ones I really like, nobody else seems to be interested in?

The stress count: now it’s one computer finished and ready to be sold, a new one yet to be built, two website clients waiting, and only one Photoshopped draft made (which I just finished now, at 2am). Add all the usual holiday shit, house shit and taking care of the girls, and I guess I’ve set myself up for some serious sleep deprivation this month. Which I hate, because it makes me crazy. But being bored and poor makes me crazy too.

And the girls are molar teething. AGAIN. Why are those last effing molars taking so effing long?

I think it’s time to go to bed.

What does that MT plugin actually do? I get a little nervous having account controls on the outside of the interface!? Does that mean that the publlic could edit posts? I am confused.

I believe it just adds some buttons on your backend (ha ha) to make quick edits and such easier, so you’re not bouncing all over the place when you realize you forgot to add something to a post or whatever. I don’t think it’s something anybody else sees. Sort of a convenience thing. These days I like anything that saves me even TWO SECONDS.
