Once I started the process, it didn’t take long to remember why I hadn’t done a henna treatment in over a decade: It stains like hell. It’s semi-stinky. It’s INCREDIBLY messy. But if you can get through all that, your reward is no awful grow-line…it washes out very nicely and gradually, and makes your hair very soft.
