What else is there to say?

Well. I suppose by now it couldn’t be more obvious the blog is…dead. The killers? Facebook, Flickr, and my growing disinterest in the entire enterprise. I wish I knew a kinder way to say it, but that’s the truth.  I don’t have time to update anymore–or rather, the midnight oil I used to burn here I would rather burn on other projects–so SLOlane has effectively become another one of those interwebby ghost ships.

If you are on Facebook, you can find me. I am fairly persnickety about who I add; my naive 15-year streak of laying it alllll out in the name of honesty has run its course. I am a little more private now, and I like Facebook’s way of controlling who sees what. Which isn’t really a matter of having anything to hide in particular, it’s more about just not being naive. Also, you will no doubt figure out that I am not this Angela Henderson (though you can see the striking resemblance, no?). I’m also easy to find on Flickr, Twitter, Last.fm and Zenfolio.

I am going to keep the blog around long enough to figure out how to print everything in the archive. After that, the domain will probably be reborn as something else. As to what–who knows?

Adios!

Hi.

If you don't see much action here, it's probably Flickr, Facebook or Twitter's fault.
